Where AI Is Used
AiroEstate uses AI models to help read documents you upload (such as contracts, comparable-sales reports, and inspection or repair documents), suggest field values, tasks, and comparable sales from those documents, and help explain analysis results. AI is an assistant inside the tools; it does not make decisions for you.
Suggestions Require Your Review
Values extracted by AI are presented as suggestions with their source. They are not applied to your reports, transactions, or analyses until you review and accept them. You can reject any suggestion.
Estimates Are Not Appraisals or Advice
After-repair values, repair budgets, rent figures, offer strategies, confidence scores, and Buy / Watch / Pass results are planning estimates based on the data and assumptions available. They are not appraisals, broker price opinions, inspections, or legal, tax, lending, or investment advice. Verify all figures independently before making any decision.
Accuracy and Limitations
AI output can be incomplete or wrong, especially when source documents are unclear, partial, or out of date. Where evidence is limited, the app labels results accordingly. Missing data is never presented as verified data.
Your Data
Documents and property details you provide are processed only to deliver the features you request. We do not sell your data. See the Privacy Policy for how your information is collected, stored, and deleted.
Listing Data and Images
Property photos are only added from files you upload or from a listing link you have saved yourself. You are responsible for having the right to use any listing content, documents, or images you add to the app.
